I Can Cook

One of my office mate called me up yesterday and asked if i can cook for her..catering lah..on this Sunday because she has invited the carollers (sorry if my spelling wrong..hehe) and some of her family. So i asked her back what dish she want? "Ohh..can ka you buat me nasi ayam and mihun sup?"..i quite for a while *thinking*.."OK"..opss i said ok..meaning to says DEAL rite??

So i got the business..hahaha..macam juta2 punya business..Tomorrow i need to prepare the dish that she want. Ndak jugalah susah but only thinking how to cook..mana ada periuk besar untuk masak sup??Huh..nevermind can borrow from her. Did i tell you how many pax??Nope..ok she ask me to cook for 15 pax begitu..ndak ramai lah..but she warned me.."I thought i want to cater you for this chinese new year, boleh ha"..what..hold on..*thinking again*..If chinese new year must be she buat for whole day rite..so im gonna stuck at her kitchen because need to refill the food..oh no.."let me think first", that's the answer i've given to her..heheh..

Honestly to prepare and cook this 2 dishes not really difficult as what some people imagine..pendak kata memasak ni mana ada susah, seronok lagi!..Look at Syura, ada sudah signature dish dia (syur..the fish looks yummy.cook for me nanti ya)..And Shemah with her italian dish..she's expert now. See..where got susah ooo..

I still remember my mom told me that "perempuan must know how to cook". It will be an extra point for your marriage..Yup i agree on that..few cases i've heard that wife dont know how to cook and the husband suffered (maggi and outside food hit the highest ranking!..heh)..Entahlah..

Anyway i loves to cook and bake. I dont know why but for me i really enjoy to do it so. I'm happy when people said "sedap".."boleh tahan"..of course i still accept the critcism such as "ndak berapa lah".."oklah".."cuba tambah ini, itu". Believe me cooking is also a learning time. we will improve when we try again and again until we got a better quality..chewah..

But of course you must have interest to learn this. If just because "terpaksa"..hard to say. And i want to thank my mom because she taught me so many receipe..everytime i went back to my hometown (Sandakan), i must follow her every morning to the wet market. At least i know barang2 semua. especially what types of fish. Dan dialah orang nya yang akan happy sekali setiap kali i go back. Because she will put away her apron and pass it to me..officially become her cook. She said..time to relax..

Ohh..miss her so much.. :(

Oklah..story about foods makes my perut berbunyi sudah. Look at time..what 2.00pm already..Ready to pack because i'll finished my work at 2.30. Again, will miss my blog..what to do...:(
