Just come back from my medical leave (mc). From Monday till yesterday so today i feel better a bit. Came in to HR Office first thing yang i nampak..my in tray..gosh!!Penuh with pending task. So just complete it lah..
First task i need to settle down is application of practical training. December of course a lot of application we received since most of the institute having their practical in January. So need to reply them, prepare the letter lah, schedules lah and memo to respective department heads. For today jak i've done with 7 practical students from various institute. Memang me yang in-charges of practical training sounds like my babies..hehhehe...what to do it's part of my job scope kan..
Just completed with my annual leave report..later need to distribute it. Aduh..sudahlah backpain kena juga berjalan ke each department. As usual juga..part of my job scope..ahaks
Itulah..being a HR personnel ni not easy. two things yang memang confirm..either staff like you or staff hate you. And to become a good HR, first thing first...be human first! Dealing with human, i means human behaviour seriously i can jadi gila. You want to tegur them, look at yourself first. Because they can simply say like this.."alah, suruh begini padahal sendiri".. :) I cant blame them, even i cant say yang i always right..no..and of course we cant break the policy, need to follows the procedures, some sort likes role model lah katakan..hate to be like that but that's HR..
Lucky since i working here, not many problem that i've encounter. I try my best to understand them and deliver whatever that i can. Tapi kalau juga dorang tetap mengata belakang itu i dont know lah..terpulang buat mereka.
Eventhough i am HR personnel but i'm also human..kesabaran tetap ada batas nya..but still i cant show my emotion..urgggggg..bosan betul..menahan sendiri jak lah.. :(
So to all of you yang ada same job scope or different from me you can share. or anyone to split out rasa ndak puas hati pada HR Department di company you all..silakan..

Hey,gone thru few of ur blogs and seems ure working with grand dorsett labuan is it and coincidently ure in the hr dept. Im curently looking for a job. have just completed my studies in hospitality. Do theres any open vacancy i can apply?
